Jessie Bellflowers is a resident of Hope Mills and teaches business administration courses for Fayetteville Technical Community College. He is actively involved in community service and was a recent candidate for town commissioner. He also serves as VFW Post 10630 commander and is retired from the U.S. Army after 26 years of service.
